The ceremony was attended by the leadership team of Petstar, President Xue Yuanchao, along with representatives from the China Power Construction Group East China Survey and Design Institute Co., Ltd. and China Power Construction Municipal Construction Group Co., Ltd. Together, we witnessed this thrilling moment of completion!

At 8:28 AM, amidst enthusiastic applause, Mr. Xue Yuanchao, Chairman of Petstar, took the stage to deliver an inspiring speech. He shared how, since acquiring the land, the project has gone through over 500 days of careful planning and meticulous construction. From a blueprint to a tangible reality, this journey would not have been possible without the guidance and support of various government departments, the dedicated cooperation of the construction partners, and the hard work of every worker on site.
He also emphasized that Petstar’s ambition does not stop at the physical completion of this building. We are committed to its far-reaching social value and cultural significance. The company plans to incorporate more elements of corporate and local culture into the interior design. By telling the story of this land, we aim to promote economic prosperity in the Linping region, enhance the city’s image, and ultimately create a model for improving people’s lives, fostering social harmony, and achieving common prosperity.
Following the speech, leaders and guests took part in the topping-out ceremony, laying the final concrete to complete the building’s top floor. This marks a fresh chapter for the Petstar Industry Park Headquarters Building, symbolizing the company’s dedication to high-quality and high-standard construction, as well as its pursuit of excellence.

Reflecting on its origins, Petstar has been a pioneering force in the pet industry. In 2022, Petstar proudly became the 24th listed company in Linping District, Hangzhou. With over 20 years of dedication to the pet industry, Petstar began and grew in Linping, and its listing journey also took place here, marking steady and secure progress at every step.
In 2023, the Petstar Industry Park project officially kicked off, serving as a key milestone for the company’s strategic transformation, business expansion, and strengthening of core competitiveness. This project represents Petstar’s commitment to remain rooted in Linping while extending its reach to the world.
A high-quality space is the foundation for high-quality industrial development. The Petstar Industry Park project introduces an innovative model of shared prosperity, collaborating with Linping New City and Xingqiao Street to explore a “one enterprise leads multiple villages” co-development approach. Upon completion, the project will become a large pet industry park that integrates headquarters office, product R&D, product display, and consumer experience scenarios.
